Processing Time
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Processing times may increase during peak sale periods.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery
- Standard Shipping: 5-15 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day (must order before 1PM ET).
All delivery estimates are provided by carriers and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Transit times may vary by carrier and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination & selected service. Free standard shipping on orders over $100 to U.S. addresses.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes. Estimated duties may be collected at checkout or upon delivery depending on the destination country.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship certain products to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or to some territories. If your item cannot be shipped to your address, you will be notified at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at hello@kidswearbyzoe.com within 7 days of expected delivery and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
