Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Some items (final sale, personalized items, underwear) are not eligible — see Exceptions below.

How to Start a Return

  1. Go to Order Tracking & Returns.
  2. Enter your order number and email to locate the order.
  3. Select the items to return and follow the prompts to print a return label (if provided).

Return Shipping & Refunds

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is for a defective or incorrect item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Sale items refunded to store credit at our discretion.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, you may place a new order or request an exchange via the returns portal if available. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Exceptions

  • Final sale items, personalized items, and swimwear/underwear are not returnable.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us at hello@kidswearbyzoe.com with photos and your order number within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
